Parent-only package eligibility and attendee affiliations

In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

Affiliation restrictions accept any listed matching affiliation, rather than requiring all listed affiliations. Selecting Parent and Alumni therefore also admits alumni-only people. To accept parents, including people who are both parents and alumni, restrict to Parent alone. Package selection uses registrant affiliations. Add custom affiliation categories to the school and enable them for the event before using them. Collect each attendee's affiliation with the structured Guest Information affiliation field, including the registrant when attending. A similarly worded custom question is not a replacement for the structured affiliation used by ticket restrictions. Preview registrant and guest choices separately.
