One registration for luncheons on different dates

In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

A Complex Event can represent an umbrella program with a separately named and dated Activity for each luncheon. Give each Activity its appropriate tickets so attendees select the sessions they want during the shared registration. Set the parent event and registration dates for the intended overall period and test the selections and confirmations. An Add-on is a supplementary item rather than a separate dated session. This creates one umbrella event, not two independent event records; use separate events when separate public pages, administration or independent registration timing are needed.
