Offline CSV rows do not automatically expand package guest counts

In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

The CSV import creates one registration and one attendee/ticket for the row. It does not automatically create four guests just because an organizer describes a four-person package. Confirm whether the actual workflow is CSV import or staff-assisted package registration, and use support to reconcile missing guests without duplicating payments or registrations. Contact Support to confirm the appropriate correction for a package import.
