Manage Registration after the new-registration deadline

In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

The existing-registration management flow validates the private registration token and the event's allow guests to edit registrations setting. It does not apply the same open-registration-window check used for new registrations in that authorization path. Closing new registration alone therefore does not mean that every existing Manage Registration link stops working.

Keep the guest-edit setting, token and individual action in view: adding tickets/activities, removing free items, editing names and refunds can have different limits. Confirm the intended action on the actual event before promising unlimited post-deadline edits. A valid management link is private and should not be shared publicly.
