Initial-email suppression does not suppress event reminders

In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

Suppressing an offline registration's initial email does not exclude it from the built-in event reminder. That reminder targets complete registrations with attending guests and does not consult a saved Outreach leadership exclusion list. If selective reminders are required, review using a controlled Outreach/event sequence audience with the maintained leadership exclusion and coordinate disabling/replacing the built-in reminder to avoid duplicates. Preserve valid registrations and email addresses; verify the actual send audience.
