Finding event auction tools

In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

GiveCampus includes separate event auction administration for items, bidding, bidders, settings and checkout. Access requires the school's event-auction entitlement and event-view authorization. Live auctions and paddle raises have additional feature gates; their availability as product features does not mean that the school has them enabled.

The auction dashboard reports auction activity and has a public silent-auction view when available. Settings distinguish bidding schedules and payment/closeout behavior, and some controls lock while bidding is live or after it closes. Ask support to confirm availability and provide the current organizer onboarding for the intended live or silent format. Do not treat ordinary ticket packages or discount codes as auction bids, or promise an enabled bidding/payment workflow based only on this overview.
