Ticket gift designation versus total event revenue

Ticket Gift Designation is not synonymous with all event revenue. With split ticket designations enabled, Ticket FMV Designation identifies the benefit/non-gift component and Ticket Gift Designation identifies the charitable component; without that feature the event has one ticket designation. These are reporting/CRM fund mappings, not bank deposit account selectors. Finance can define an appropriate designation/backend code for its accounting mapping, but naming it “account” does not route settlement to a different bank. Registration/attendee custom questions collect registrant information; the ticket setup screen does not expose arbitrary extra financial metadata fields. Future support for that setup is a product request and no release date is available.
