See when activity ticket types sell out

In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

Guest Limit in ticket settings is configured capacity, not a sold count. The ticket-type display marks Capacity Reached when sold out; review the activity’s ticket choices and use an activity/guest report grouped by ticket type for counts, considering temporary reservations and declined registrations. The standard settings row alone is not a live inventory dashboard.
