School constituent IDs and the separate NXT correction workflow for an event

In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

The school constituent ID displayed for an event registration comes from its linked constituent; it is not a general free-text registration field. For N/A, check the imported constituent and email matching/backfill rather than editing the displayed ID directly. The NXT export-error workflow has a separate Fix Constituent ID action: entering an ID there validates it against NXT and processes the export. That workflow is not an arbitrary local school-ID editor. A remaining incorrect link or N/A requires review of that registration and imported record.
