Missing optional giving step for an event

Open Events → Events → select your event → Edit Event → Gifts.

Additional giving requires the linked project to be online and additional donations enabled. Integrated giving requires an online linked project, integrated donations enabled, and a school that is not restricted to free events. Identify the intended mode and verify the linked form's state before diagnosing a missing gift step.
