Match dietary restrictions to named guests

In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

Use a custom Guest report with guest name, Registration ID and the dietary-response column. Guest/activity questions are read from that attendee's responses. Registrant-level questions repeat the registration's response; add-on questions have registration/add-on context. If a question was asked only once for a registrant, a report cannot infer which guest the text describes. Use guest-level collection for future per-person dietary requirements.

Refunds and communication

For a paid activity, the dialog offers cancellation with refunds or without refunds. With refunds selected, a background job is queued; verify the individual refund results before reporting completion. Without refunds, individual registrations can be handled separately through their refund controls.

The cancellation dialog says registrants are not automatically notified merely because the activity is canceled. It separately says a refund generates refund notification. Plan any event-change communication with the organizer; do not assume the cancellation action sends an announcement.
