Match dietary restrictions to named guests

Open Events → Custom Reporting. Create a New Custom Report or open the saved report, and select the intended event in its filters.

Use a custom Guest report with guest name, Registration ID and the dietary-response column. Guest/activity questions are read from that attendee's responses. Registrant-level questions repeat the registration's response; add-on questions have registration/add-on context. If a question was asked only once for a registrant, a report cannot infer which guest the text describes. Use guest-level collection for future per-person dietary requirements.
