In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your assigned administrator role(s), access to the event, and the interface used by your institution.
How to use
Open Events → Events → select the event. Use Registrations for registration records, Guests for people, Activities for activity attendance, Event Attendance for check-in, Gifts for additional gifts, and Add-Ons for purchased extras. Where enabled, use the administrator-registration action for staff-assisted registration.
Open the event’s Offline Registrations area. Its tools expose a sample CSV, upload/review workflow, import history and row details, download/export, and discard actions. Use the event’s generated template and review import results rather than assuming every row succeeded.
Use Events → Custom Reporting for custom report definitions and Events → School-Level Reports for reports across events. Reporting includes event and school-level reports, deposit reports, and custom reports with selectable columns and event/activity/deposit filters. Export the view matching the question being answered.
Troubleshooting
One registration may cover several guests, activities, and payments. These counts should not be treated as interchangeable. For reconciliation, capture report name, filters, dates, and record IDs. A CRM export problem is distinct from an attendee’s registration status.
How do I export an event guest list without canceled attendees?
Open Events → Events → select your event → Guests. In the All RSVP Statuses dropdown beside the search box, choose Attending, then click Export. The export follows the selected RSVP filter. Clear any search or ticket filter you do not want to apply.
A payment refund and a guest’s attendance status are different. If a person who canceled still appears, open the event’s Registrations, open their registration, and use Change Guest RSVP Status to mark the affected guest Not Attending. Then export the attending guest list again.
Only change RSVP when the person is no longer attending. A partial refund or a refunded add-on does not necessarily mean the guest canceled. This workflow creates an attendance list; use the appropriate payment report when the question is which registrations were refunded.
