Link distribution is not invitation-only event authorization

In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

The active public event page does not enforce an invitee allowlist. Sending its link privately or hiding sharing/guest-list controls does not stop someone who obtains the link from viewing it. Draft/archived preview access checks administrator authorization, not invitation membership. Review any strict invite-only requirement with support before publishing.
