First-name token for attendee follow-up

In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

Registrant First Name uses the registration record's first name. Guest First Name can use an attendee's first name, but its resolver prefers a registration record when both record types back the same email recipient. Select the intended attendee audience and preview actual recipients, especially shared email addresses; the token label alone does not guarantee that every guest gets a separately named message. Do not use a broad test email as proof of all recipient-specific substitutions.
