In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.
Open Events, select the event's Title for its administration overview, then Edit Event. The list's public Link and Attendance shortcuts serve different purposes. The editor separates Details, Setup, Ticketing, Promo Codes, Guest Information, Gifts, Sharing and Email Settings; additional sections depend on event type and enabled capabilities.
In Details, set the event's Time Zone and distinguish event start/end from Registration Start Date/Time and Registration End Date/Time. If registration dates are blank during creation, the screen specifies defaults: registration opens when published and closes at the event start. After creation, update those dates rather than clearing them. Waitlist timing follows the registration window. Check the resulting public availability after a change.
Show header on event landing page and Show header on registration form independently control the school-logo and login/signup header on those public screens. They do not control the header in email templates. Unique Identifier is an optional reporting code; it is distinct from the system event ID and public URL. Renaming an existing event requires acknowledging that previously shared name-based URLs will no longer work.
