Test offline event registration and remove attendance

In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

Use a controlled test identity/email. Offline registrations are real completed records, and confirmation is sent only when Send offline registration confirmation is enabled. Prefer a preview/test event when available. After a live test, change the test ticket RSVP to not attending through the registration admin controls and verify capacity/reporting; this is not erasing history. Do not assume discarding an upload deletes its registrations or that an offline registration tests actual online payment receipts.
