Set overall capacity on a simple event

In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

In event Ticketing → Registration Limits, enter Overall guest limit and save. The event capacity logic applies the overall limit without requiring a complex event. Blank means unlimited at this level; ticket-type limits can still apply. This differs from Max guests per registration, which limits a single registration. Existing attending tickets and reservations affect available capacity, so review current registrations before lowering a limit.
