RSVP No URL contains literal recipient tokens

In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

The legacy Event RSVP No link builder places CSV recipient merge tokens in the form_inputs query. Opening that raw editor link directly, including in incognito, does not merge it for a recipient: the public form displays supplied query values. Preview/test the actual intended Outreach recipient and click the merged message link. CSV token resolvers prefer uploaded-row data, then segment/CRM data; having an email row does not guarantee name values are populated. For a general link, use the base RSVP No destination without tokenized form_inputs so visitors enter their details, and ensure the event permits RSVP No links.
