RSVP No confirmation is separate

In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

The public RSVP No flow invokes its own confirmation notification and does not accept the administrator registration’s suppress-summary option. Do not assume that option prevents a decline email. If silence is essential, confirm a supported method with authorized support before recording the decline; do not globally suppress unrelated registrants’ messages.
