Restricting an activity does not hide the public schedule

In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

Activity restrictions govern eligible event ticket types. The public landing-page schedule lists active activities without recipient-affiliation filtering; restrictions are not a privacy control. For activities requiring restricted access or visibility, ask support to review an appropriate separate setup; an unlisted link alone is not private. Do not deactivate a required bookable activity merely to remove its schedule display.
