Remove duplicate event registration from headcount

In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

Open the duplicate registration in the event’s Registrations list and choose Change Guest RSVP Status. Set the duplicate attendees to Not Attending and save. This frees their tickets and changes report attendance; activity tickets are also marked removed. Preserve the original valid registration. This is an attendance correction rather than deletion of financial/history records; issue any duplicate-payment refund separately under the supported refund controls.
