Public links are a separate question for an event

In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your assigned administrator role(s), access to the event, and the interface used by your institution.

Administrative permissions and public event discovery are different concerns. Sending a public registration link does not itself grant administrative access. Conversely, a page being absent from a listing or being shared only by link is not proof that it is confidential. If confidentiality is required, have support verify the actual published-page and role configuration before sharing sensitive content.
