Offer downloadable Zoom background from event page

In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

Host the background image/file at a stable public URL approved by the school, then add a clearly labeled link in the event Description using its link control. The event description supports linked content; an inline displayed image is not a guaranteed forced download. Test the destination without administrator login and on mobile. You can also include the same link in event email content; file access/download behavior is controlled by the host.
