Mixed complimentary and externally paid event attendees

In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

Record the already-paid golfers through the event’s Offline Registrations upload rather than charging them again. Use the current event-specific template, one attendee per row, with each person’s required registrant details and the correct existing ticket-type name. Use appropriate complimentary ticket choices for the two free golfers and the paid ticket choice for the two whose invoice was settled; record the common foursome/invoice context in Notes. The importer creates one completed offline registration and attendee per row, without collecting or recording a new online payment. It does not merge four rows into one native group purchase or store the $300 as a Stripe transaction. If the event uses a special foursome/package ticket rather than individual golf tickets, Support must review that ticket structure before import. Reconcile the existing $300 in the school’s accounting records and review offline confirmation settings before approval.
