Last-minute reminder schedule changes and late registrants

In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

The scheduler can queue built-in reminders up to 24 hours ahead. Changing a nonblank days-before setting updates the stored time but does not remove an already queued job; disabling the reminder cancels matching scheduled jobs. The sender checks enabled/sent state, not the revised scheduled time, so a previously queued job can still send at its old time after a nonblank reschedule. Treat last-minute changes as needing queue/delivery review. The built-in send is normally once; people registering afterward do not automatically receive that completed reminder. Use a separately reviewed targeted message/sequence for late registrants and verify delivery records before claiming receipt.
