Invite waitlisted people without public reopening

In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

Use the event waitlist’s Invite action for selected entries, with the intended guest count and invitation expiration, while maintaining the configured waitlist/capacity conditions. Do not simply raise overall capacity and assume the event stays closed to everyone else. Pending unexpired waitlist reservations and sold-out trigger ticket types affect public mode; verify the public page and invitation availability together before sending.
