Guests and duplicate email addresses in Outreach sequences

In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

Review the sequence's selected audience. An event-attendee source uses attendee email addresses, so guests can be included when that source and its filters select them. This differs from the ordinary transactional confirmation/reminder sent to the registration email. The Outreach recipient generator groups source records by normalized email address and creates one recipient for that address within an outreach. Two guests sharing an address therefore do not imply two separately addressed messages from that same outreach; do not assume which guest-specific token value wins without reviewing the rendered recipient.
