Guest report contact answers versus registrant answers

In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

A Guests custom report can include question-specific fields. Guest-form fields read that attendee’s response and remain blank when that response is absent; registrant-form fields deliberately read the registration response for each guest row. Select guest-question columns and omit registrant contact-question columns when you need only attendee-provided data, keeping registrant columns separately if useful. If no guest question collected a phone/address, there is no attendee answer to recover: omit that column or leave an explicitly blank downstream column. Do not assume a repeated registrant address is the guest’s own contact information or use it as independent identity evidence.
