Event pay-later and search metadata boundaries

Paid registration and pay-later requests

Standard paid online registration requires checkout payment to complete. The flow has no general register-now/pay-later switch. A free registration or approved offline entry is not a pay-later receivable. For an approved pay-at-the-door arrangement, explain the amount due outside GiveCampus clearly; a $0 ticket will still be labeled Free in registration.

Event search and social metadata

Open Events → Events → select your event → Edit Event → Details for the event name, and Edit Event → Sharing for share text. Public event pages use the event’s title, share-text description, and social/search metadata. These settings do not guarantee search indexing or ranking and are not a separate SEO suite.
