Event participant identifiers in reports

In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

Event custom reporting offers Guest ID, Guests Constituent IDs, Registration ID, and Initial Registration ID according to report type. Choose the identifier that matches the purpose: a guest/attendee record, a CRM constituent, and a registration are different objects. The column catalog exposes Guest ID for registration, guest and activity reports; availability also follows the selected report type and aliases. Add the appropriate columns and inspect actual populated values. Do not substitute a gift ID or claim a platform account/user ID is universally available for every guest, since guests need not have accounts.
