In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

Add a dropdown custom question to the activity itself, with size options and the required flag if appropriate, when only its participants need to answer. Activity reporting can include those answers. This is data collection, not inventory management or automatic price calculation.
