Schedule an invitation through an event sequence

In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

Create an invitation in the event's Sequences area, select or upload the eligible audience, compose/test the message, set the invitation timing and activate after validation. Existing segments/sources can be reused when appropriate; otherwise follow the recipient-upload template. Invitations require recipients; reminders/follow-ups can populate their audiences over time. A saved draft is not scheduled/sent. Use the sequence timing controls rather than the standalone Outreach schedule control. Keep the event title stable after distributing its name-derived long URL.
