RSVP No for complex events

In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

The shared event-details editor supports Collect RSVP Nos for this event, including complex events. Select Enable RSVP No button on Event landing page and/or Enable direct RSVP No links within GC Outreach as intended, then save and preview. The public form collects first name, last name and email; the Outreach link can prefill the confirmation form.

The landing-page button also requires a draft or active event, an open registration window and remaining ticket capacity. A configured button can therefore be absent when those conditions are not met. If the email already has a completed registration, this RSVP No flow does not change that registration; it shows the configured Message for Existing Registrants. Cancellation and refunds remain separate actions.
