Replace the Event Image; do not confuse it with the background

In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

The current Event Image control is a replacement upload, not a trash-can removal control. Open Edit Event and under Event Image upload the replacement JPG/PNG and save; it is resized to 800×600, so use a similar aspect ratio. Publishing checks that the event has an image. Background-image removal and images in the description are separate controls and do not delete the required Event Image. If you need an imageless layout, discuss that unsupported configuration with Support rather than following background-image deletion instructions.
