Refund event activity but retain gift

In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

Yes, eligible event registration payments support partial refunds. Refund only the appropriate activity amount from the registration payment and leave the separately recorded optional gift contribution unrefunded. Review remaining refundable balance, fees and any attendance/RSVP changes separately; a refund does not automatically remove the attendee. Confirm the specific payment breakdown before submitting so the gift is preserved.
