Recording staff-reported declines and checking invitation suppression for an event

In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

The workflow records a decline through the enabled public RSVP No form; no simpler school-admin mark-invitee-No action is exposed in the registration interface. For a phone/email decline, use that enabled form with the person’s correct details only under your authorized process, noting its notification behavior. It does not cancel an existing completed registration with the same email. Do not assume recording a decline suppresses every invitation audience: a has-not-registered people condition can still include declined registrations. Review the actual reminder audience and explicitly remove known declines using the event’s recorded RSVP No list. The generic person condition labeled RSVP No is implemented as absence of an attending ticket, so it can include nonresponders and is not an exact explicit-decline list.
