Multiple parent or grandparent class years for an event

In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

The event affiliation selector uses a multiselect when the affiliation has dropdown options and Allow Multiple enabled; otherwise it uses a single dropdown. Review the school's actual affiliation configuration with an authorized settings administrator. The ordinary policy blocks editing built-in default affiliations, so do not assume that every default Parent/Grandparent definition can be changed through the same editor. Preview the event's registration form after a permitted change.
