Incomplete attempts are not the normal registration table

Open Events → Events → select your event → Registrations.

The ordinary event Registrations table includes entry-complete records: completed registrations, payment-processing records and payment-failed records. It is not an exhaustive abandoned-registration list. Ask authorized support to investigate specific attempts when someone may have stopped before the final step. Never infer failed payment solely from absence in the standard table.
