Incomplete attempts are not the normal registration table

In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

The ordinary event Registrations table includes entry-complete records: completed registrations, payment-processing records and payment-failed records. It is not an exhaustive abandoned-registration list. The API supports an incomplete-state query, but that broad scope must be reviewed rather than interpreted as only failed checkout. Ask authorized support to investigate specific attempts when someone may have stopped before the final step. Never infer failed payment solely from absence in the standard table.
