Event reminders are not necessarily reminders to register

In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

The built-in Reminder and Follow-up creation flows use event-registration recipients. Invitation is a separate sequence source. Do not assume that a message called a reminder automatically excludes everyone who registered or otherwise responded. Inspect the actual sequence, included sources and response-state exclusions, and preview recipients before sending. An invitation reminder intended only for nonresponders needs the appropriate explicit audience/exclusion configuration.
