Event registration payment status and CRM export

In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

Open the event’s Registrations report/detail and review Payment Status, Initial Payment Total, Refund Total, Net Payment Total and Payment Deposit Date. Registration notification alone is not payout confirmation. The standard report filters entry-complete records, so it is not a complete log of every failed checkout attempt; troubleshoot an omitted decline with the registrant/time and authorized payment records. For NXT inspect the event’s export status/errors separately; a paid registration is not proof it exported successfully.
