Confirmation delivery and registration summary

In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

Check completed registration, correct email and configured confirmation content. A queued/sent notification does not prove inbox receipt or reading. Ask support to inspect the transactional notification/delivery record for a missing confirmation and have the recipient check spam. Registration details → Send Registration Summary Email queues a summary to the registration address when the administrator can manage that registration. Its configured event receipt is distinct from a standalone donation receipt and from Outreach campaign metrics.
