In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.
An active configured school label printer is required to open Nametags settings. Where Events capabilities are enabled, enable Name Tags for the event as well. In event editing, open Nametags, choose the layout and field assignments, save, preview and test print. Built-in fields include full/first/last name, email, ticket type and affiliation; eligible guest-form report fields can also be available. The preprinted-logo layout allows up to three lines; the layout without a logo allows four.
Use Select Printer in the event check-in area when needed, then the attendee's name-tag print control. The server can choose the school's sole active printer automatically; otherwise a missing selection produces a prompt to select one. A successful request means the label was sent to the print queue, not proof that paper physically emerged. Record the selected printer and error if printing fails.
This path generates labels for the configured printer service. It does not mean arbitrary Avery/Word stock compatibility, household/couple sorting or a bulk mail-merge replacement. Confirm printer setup and stock with the responsible team before promising that existing office hardware is supported.
