Package availability versus attendee seats

In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

A package's availability counts packages sold and reserved, adjusted for fully declined registrations. Each package can contain multiple tickets, so a package limit is not necessarily the same as an attendee-seat limit. Review the package's ticket quantities when reconciling an RSVP count. Hiding a package prevents new public selection, but at least one visible ticket type or package must remain. An actual oversell or count discrepancy requires the selected options, reservations, and registration history.
