Ordinary event links are not private or guaranteed unindexed

In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

In the event layout, noindex/nofollow is emitted for iframe context only; it is not a general private-event setting. An active event link can be shared and search engines may discover it. Search indexing controls, even when available through a supported configuration, are not access control or a guaranteed immediate removal of existing search results. Have support review a genuinely restricted-event requirement before publishing confidential content; sharing only with invitees is insufficient.
