One-ticket sponsorship packages and tile text

In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

The package administration form currently offers 2–50 tickets per package; a one-ticket sponsorship uses an individual ticket type in this UI. The Individual Ticket tile wording is fixed, so use clear ticket names/descriptions and event instructions. One-ticket package selection and editable tile copy are enhancement requests. A underlying quantity minimum of one does not mean the UI offers one-ticket packages.
