Multiple registrations using the same email

In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

The public registration flow permits a new registration with an email already used for that event; email validation checks presence and format rather than per-event uniqueness. There is no one-registration-per-email switch in this flow. Ask returning registrants to use their existing registration-management link for changes. If a duplicate has already been created, reconcile which registration to keep, correct its attendance/tickets and handle any duplicate payment separately. Do not block or merge by email alone, because people can legitimately share an address.
