Internal accounts and included activities

In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

The public event checkout does not provide a native institutional account-number charge or Invoice Me option. Collecting an account number in a custom question does not transfer money or settle a registration. Coordinate internal billing with the institution's finance process and use an authorized offline registration workflow where appropriate. A zero-priced activity is displayed as Free in the price label; no Included label setting is available. Explain that it is included in the activity description. For a discounted ceremony-only group, a separately named ticket type provides a reporting distinction that a price-only promo code does not. Review activity restrictions for that type so it does not unintentionally grant access to the whole weekend, and respect restrictions on editing sold ticket prices.
