Fixed registering-for-someone-else label for an event

In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

The sentence “I am not planning to attend this event; I am registering for someone else” is fixed in the attendance section, not an editable event field label. Explain sponsorship in the event description or configurable instructions while preserving the attendance choice's meaning. A change to the fixed sentence is a product enhancement.
