Effect of event affiliation on other products

In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your assigned administrator role(s), access to the event, and the interface used by your institution.

An event enables affiliations drawn from the school’s available affiliation definitions. Adding/enabling one for an event is not itself a rewrite of historical VMS or giving records, but renaming/removing a shared school definition or altering mappings can affect other uses. Review which action was taken and test the school’s existing form/report mappings before guaranteeing no impact.
