Duplicate free registrations and RSVP visibility

In GiveCampus Events, available controls depend on your permissions and the interface used by your institution.

For a duplicate free registration, mark the extra attendee ticket Not Attending and retain the valid registration. Changing RSVP does not delete the registration. Attendee table queries include completed registrations and RSVP-No entries and expose Event RSVP Status, so do not assume the duplicate disappears from all check-in views. Staff should distinguish/filter the Not Attending record and avoid checking it in. The registration interface does not provide a general delete-registration action.
